Belle is perhaps the kindest teenager you will ever come across. she is friendly towards everyone even a bad guy, she wouldn’t hurt a fly let alone another person if she can help it, she is thoughtful towards others and would go out of her way to help her friends and the people she cares about. She is a good shoulder to cry on when she will listen to the problems of others and give out good advice sometimes she is called the female version of doctor phil. Belle is very curious by nature she loves to explore and learn, she tends to sneak around when trying to obtain information via stealth. She spends most of her time listening to music while reading and occasionally would sing. She has a never ending thirst to know what is going on in the world around her.
Belle was raised in a respectable environment as a lady, she learned to respect her elders especially men, she would curtsey and say please and thank you. She would never use inappropriate language with others when annoyed and she would always be obedient to the man whom she was with, she knows about cutlery and knows how to waltz she is a respectable lady in every sense of the word. Belle also hides her real emotions when around others, she always smiles even when she is down in the dumps, she would wait till she was alone before she would cry and allow herself to feel what she should be feeling.
Belle actually had very strong feelings for damon Salvatore, she used to retreat into her imaginations and imagined that they were passionate lovers, she strongly disliked Katherine knowing that she was a man eating harlot, although she didn’t know that Katherine was literally a man eating wench, Belle liked Stephan but not in a romantic way she thought he was a good boy, she has no idea that he was the one who murdered her parents.
Being raised as a Lady, Belle is quite timid she is frightened around conflict and if a fight broke out she would most likely be the first one out the door or hiding behind the big strong manly man, she would rely on a man to protect her. If worse comes to worse and she was backed into a corner Belle would turn off her humanity because she knows the side of her without humanity is far stronger than her humanity side. Should a man yell at her she would cower especially after what her sire did to her it would bring back a great deal of horrible memories. Belle is a very passionate and intelligent woman, before becoming a vampire she was a female teacher, she taught children about science, math’s, language and literature. She enjoyed teaching, but her true passion was music she loved to sing and was quite talented in singing, but her father believed being a teacher would be more respectable until he found her a man.
Belle’s strongest human trait was her ability to love; she had a great capacity for loving her someday dreamed of being a mother and having lots of children around her with a man that loved her. She loved everything about humanity believing that being human is the greatest gift in the world that no mater how dark you sank, there was always a light out. She would feel a great deal of remorse if she took another life and would feel it a thousand fold due to the vampiric senses being enhanced. Belle isn’t the type of girl to let go of the past or the pain she has felt she carries it around with her and it changes her in profound ways.
Belle does struggle with her thirst for blood, she is used to human blood and thirst for it, but she doesn’t want to harm others, she steals blood from blood banks from time to time, but also has guilt issues involving theft. Belle also has a dark imagination imagining dark thoughts about herself and others, she at times views herself as a monster because of her thirst for blood, she feels conflicted wondering whether her humanity is real or is it just what she remembered it to be when she was human.

When in a bad mood she would torture her humans and make them bleed, she would play mental mind games using compulsion and when really ticked off she would turn a human and let them starve during transition before letting them die. Belle is manipulative, cold and ruthless she doesn’t care about anyone other than herself, she will use anyone to get what she wants she views herself as a goddess among humans and will scheme to get what she wants when she wants. She is a tactician and plan as many plans and alternative plans as it takes to get what she wants it are all about her, always.
Belle is promiscuous; she enjoys teasing men and always likes to hold the position of power. Belle can be very easy going and seductive, she also likes the men’s attention to be on her. When it comes to men she can be a little difficult to understand. She doesn’t like men touching her or being rough with her without her consent, this is because of what was done to her by her sire. Belle can be very bold going as far as to lay naked on someone’s bed to surprise them. She is also very flirtatious too and likes to dress provocatively. Unlike her humane side Belle is very aggressive, she loves conflict not just verbal, but physical ones too. She loves the thought of throwing a punch or ripping off an eye socket and feeding it to her foe. She is blood thirsty and cruel. When it comes to those she had connections to when she had her switch on, she would be indifferent to them, and she wouldn’t really care about them one way or another and would attack them if provoked, when it comes to other humans she would watch them with a fascination, she would listen to them and hear them out but she wouldn’t kill them unless she viewed them as lunch or was provoked.
Belle does have weak humane aspects, she won’t kill children, not because it’s wrong but because she views them as pets and would rather keep them alive then dead, and she won’t kill women who have children making her somewhat unusual. She also has a sense of curiosity, she decided to become the protector of her bloodline and look in on them every so often as a bystander aspect just to see what would become of the fell dynasty

The trigger to getting Belle to turn her humanity on would have to be a combination of patience and empathy, if someone had enough patience with her to hear her story and understand her pain and then try to reach out to her she would reject it at first, but little by little she would start to let that person in.

Belle Fell was born in April 1st 1847 in a small Mystic Falls, to an Thomas and Honoria Fell. Belle’s childhood was quite happy, she came from an middle class family, and Belle’s family owned a lovely home thanks to Honoria being a dressmaker, Belle had no troubles in her pretty little head, whatever whim she desired she had, growing up. The only problems Belle had at times were how strict her parents were. They spoiled her, but she had to work very hard to gain her parents approval. Belle had to study hard at school, and with the private tutors her mother hired her. She also had to learn how to do things like cook and manage the household
Belle’s teenage life, was even more stricter than her childhood, she was given a new kind of education, in how to be a proper lady, she learned how to function in upper class society, and how to be an elegant woman, she also learned that manipulation was the way to a man’s heart and it was certainly the way to success. A great deal of the time during School Holiday’s Belle was sent to stay with Family in the city where she would spend most of her time attending social functions and being courted by eligible bachelors that met the social & Financial standards of Belle’s parents, they wanted her to marry someone high class so she would never have to worry about money.
During the mystic falls attempted eradication of the vampires Belle was in the city with her cousins, during the event and had no idea what was going on. When she returned to mystic falls with her cousins she learned of the church burning down and the death of her parents, although she had no idea it was at the hands of Stefan Salvatore a boy she had previously had thought was nice., With nothing left in mystic falls, Belle returned with her cousins and moved in with them the year was difficult and Belle grieved a great deal but slowly she came to the conclusion to keep living her life as it would be what her parents wanted of her.
It was one Christmas Eve at her Christmas Ball that Belle first met an interesting man named Thorne Williams. A pale man that Belle was smitten with, Thorne was bold enough to take all of Belle’s Dance slots on her Dance card and after the dancing stopped Thorne and Belle spent the night together outside watching the stars and talking, he was even bold enough to steal a kiss on her hand.
Thorne & Belle courted every night for three weeks and each night they had meaningful discussions of personal philosophical beliefs and what their ideal lives would be like and one night Belle confessed that she found her current life almost unbearable, that she was young and yet she felt like an old woman she felt trapped by her duties and obligations and the grief of her late parents made things so much harder, she was also bored of life because there was no surprise and no adventure.
Thorne surprised Belle by compelling her to sleep and when she awoke she found she was in the middle of the woods in a cabin with Thorne alone, Belle was surprised when Thorne confessed what he truly was and even more surprised when he made an offer to show her a world free from moral ambiguities and oppression a world of complete and utter freedom. The temptation of freedom was way to much for Belle and she accepted it, ending her life at the age of 17

Belle awoke into a brand new world amazed by the heightened senses of a vampire in transition, she found it overwhelming at first, but she managed with the help of Thorne. Belle treated her rebirth as a vampire as a new start, she got lost in the overwhelming freedom she had and at first she refused to obey even Thorne until Brutalized her and forced Belle to calm down. Thorne taught Belle the ways of the vampire, teaching her how to compel humans and to respect the vampire ways. He took the time to explain everything in details including that turning people wasn’t meant to be picked lightly because the gift of immortality was sacred and should be given to someone who they should share a deep connection with. Someone they could see as either lovers or children. Belle asked Thorne how he felt and Thorne showed her by taking Belle’s virginity,

Belle never harmed her family, in fact despite shutting off her humanity she decided to become a protector of her bloodline out of curiosity, she wanted to see what would become of the Fell Legacy

Belle traveled the world living her dream by having her own adventures without being restricted. One evening Belle came across a human mother and child cornered by a vampire and his progeny and Belle warned them to let the mother and child go, She wasn’t as far gone to allow a child and mother to die in front of her, Belle was attacked by the two vampires and Belle held her own and when it was apparent they couldn’t win they left, Belle compelled the human and her child and left Puebla Mexico city the next night. Belle soon made her way to France in 1920 just as Paul Deschanel began his term as the president of France. Belle remained in France until 1944.

Belle was in San Francisco during the 1950’s the birth of rock-n-Roll was one of Belle’s favorite era’s She enjoyed the fact that humans were evolving slowly, they became smarter and more vigilant of those who didn’t’ belong. Belle adapted appearing to blend in she wore poodle skirts, black turtleneck’s & Berets she even had her hairstyle in a beehive for a while. Belle also loved Elvis Presley and even partied with him, granted she always compelled him to forget the good times that they had. She even made it to Woodstock during the evenings of course and fed off a few of the hippies.

Belle eventually left London in early April and by the 26th Belle was in San Diego, USA she was at the scorpions concert at the Sports Arena and Belle witnessed Bon Jovi open for the band.

Belle decided to head back to mystic falls but on the way heard an interesting rumor of a place where vampires ruled over the humans and other supernatural creatures.
Belle stopped over in the French quarter of New Orleans and was smitten with the place and found herself being the focus of Marcel Gerard the self proclaimed King of New Orleans whom she butted heads with during their first encounter when Marcel wanted to kill a witch’s child to punish the parent for using magic.
Marcel was intrigued by Belle’s bravery and pardoned the witch on the condition that Belle would stay with him so she would get to know him Marcel spent a great time trying to figure Belle out and get to know her, Belle not wanting to divulge personal information would always deflect much to Marcel’s amusement and annoyance. Two months after arriving Belle finally had enough and left in the middle of the night.
When she was at the road of the town exit Belle noticed the child whom she saved when arriving in town and saw she was covered in blood, when she asked what happened The child confessed that her mother had a vision of her murder by the hands of Marcel’s men and was told to hide at the exit of the town until Belle arrived. When belle asked the child what would make her think she would want to help the human, the child gave Belle a Lapis ring and told her that her mother bewitched the ring as payment.
With the opportunity to have the gift of sunlight again, Belle picked up the child and dropped the child off in a town fair from the oppression of magic and gained the power of sunlight, deciding to return to her hometown Belle was curious to see how much home had changed, the town had evolved with the times and changed even more than her last visit, but not all for the best after returning to town Belle kept a low profile contacting one of her descendants Tina Fell a high school student, she compelled Tina to be her spy without even realizing it, that she would forget talking to her after leaving Tina's presence, Belle was also responsible for compelling Tina into focusing on her studies and being more responsible so she wouldn't get any more Driving under the influence charges. Belle learned from Tina that there had been a great deal of deaths recently and Belle concluded she wasn't the only vampire in town, curious to learn more Belle decided to investigate.
